TKFGB National Squad training

Last Sunday members of our Club partcipated in the TKFGB National Squad training. The session took place in the beautiful village – Bourton-on-the-Water (Gloucestershire). Led by Sensei Lukasz Radwanski, solid 3 hours of training were focused on kata (first part) and elements of kumite tactics (second part). We thoroughly enjoyed Sasoi and Kuzushi Waza (invitation and sweeping techniques) in practice! Next squad training in Enfield, 9.04.2017 – watch the space!
