Andrzej has trained in traditional karate for more than four decades and holds 5th Dan, awarded by Sensei Avi Rokah. A physicist by training, he founded Traditional Karate Club Nyuanshin in 2005 and writes about the biomechanics, training principles and philosophy of the Nishiyama–Rokah method.
